2021 Fall Favorites

I’m settling in after returning from my trip to Hawaii and I’m SO excited to be spending fall in Chicago. I’m ready to watch the leaves change color, sip on some dairy free hot cocoa, and experiment with pumpkin recipes! In preparation for the season, I’ve been creating a list of the things that can make this lovely time of year even better. I’m excited to share this collection with you, and I hope that you love these products just as much as I do!

If you try any of these please let me know in the comments or drop me a DM on Instagram – I love to hear about your experiences! Here’s the list of my 2021 fall favorites:

When it comes to makeup, I prefer a natural look. That’s why I’ve been enjoying using EVXO’s mascara. Their cosmetic products are high quality and use all vegan, cruelty-free ingredients, which I can absolutely get behind.

Nanajoes Granola

I really appreciate that Nanajoes is a women-owned brand, and my favorite flavor of theirs is an incredible collaboration with Hu vegan chocolate, featuring coconut and almond butter: the Hu Dark Chocolate Blend. Nanajoes makes great granola and it’s so versatile and flavorful!

The Midnight Library

What have you added to your bookshelf lately? I recently read Matt Haig’s The Midnight Library. It was a quick and sweet read with a unique premise, and I heartily recommend it to any bookworms out there. It was even shortlisted for the British Book Awards Fiction Book of the Year 2021. So many of my friends have enjoyed it, and it helped me to think about my priorities and how to live a life honoring one’s path, without regrets.

Equinox Barre and Pilates

Have you been searching for a workout that’s fun? Enjoying exercise is so important, and I’ve been loving the classes I’ve been taking at Equinox. Their workouts have really helped tone my abs and legs. I love it when working out can be social, so having support and community in this new chapter is perfect. (Their barre classes are a personal fav!) If you mention my name, you can get $200 off your new Equinox journey!

Happy Viking Plant Protein Shakes

Happy Viking is an incredible brand started by Venus Williams, and I love sipping on their vanilla bean plant protein shakes after an early morning workout! Their flavors are wonderful, and they taste even better when you remember you’re staying hydrated and nourishing your body at the same time. Each shake has 20 grams of protein and a healthy dose of omega-3s. You can get 20% off your purchase with the code “HVkatiek20″ or $15 off protein powders with the code “HVGIRLNEXTDOOR” for new customers. Enjoy!

Set Active Activewear

Are you in need of a wardrobe refresh? Set Active is a personal favorite brand of mine, and I always recommend their apparel to family and friends. I love wearing their quarter-zip with a dress or skirt, and their leggings and sweatpants are the best too. So comfortable and durable! Their socks are a simple staple that I can’t live without.

Olipop Sparkling Tonic

Olipop is my beverage of choice when I’m searching for something fizzy and satisfying (but without a lot of sugar). While it may taste like soda, with flavors like Classic Root Beer (my personal favorite)and Cherry Vanilla, Olipop has the added benefits of prebiotics, plant fiber, and botanicals, which support your microbiome and benefit digestive health. Sounds perfect, right? You can actually get 10% off your purchase with the code “girlnextdoor10″ too!

LifeBar Protein Powder

I love using LifeBar’s protein powder in my recipes for an added health boost! Recently, I included it in my vegan and gluten-free pumpkin protein bites. The finished product was so delicious, and they’re the perfect simple snack for fall. I love their adaptogen mixes too. I add it to oats or a smoothie and they help to regulate energy levels. LifeBar has amazing prepackaged smoothie packs too! If you’re interested in trying LifeBar, you can use the discount code “girlnextdoor” at checkout to get 10% off.

Sweet Loren’s Cookie Dough

Sweet Loren’s has incredible vegan cookie dough, which you can enjoy either after baking or straight from the container—since it’s vegan, you don’t have to worry about eggs or milk! I love to bring this sweet treat to a girls night, and their dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free cookie dough is available in so many different flavors: birthday cake, double chocolate, oatmeal cranberry, and more.

Amazon Sports Bra

This is the perfect accessory for any workout! It provides just the right amount of support while remaining breathable, and it comes in a variety of colors. I can’t recommend this enough, especially if you’re on a budget and want simple and quick shipping right to your door. I’m a big fan. Seriously, I’ve bought six of them. This bra is sweat-wicking and flattering to wear with leggings. You can use it in other outfits as well, and the material is amazing for the price. A lot of followers have asked for the link to this!

Georgia Grinders

So many of my recipes rely upon nut butter as a key ingredient, and Georgia Grinders offers the perfect blends! With incredible flavor and texture, I’ve enjoyed their almond and cashew butters, especially in my chocolate protein bars. I love their Every Nut Butter too, so stock up your pantry today. You can get 20% off with the code “girlnextdoor.”

Seed Probiotic

After searching for months for the right probiotic to nurture my gut, I found Seed at last. Now it’s my favorite combined probiotic and prebiotic. I even took their “Seed University” course to learn more about their ingredients and philosophy. I love their handy subscription model and recyclable packaging. Taking a daily probiotic is such a good practice to have, so, if you want to start this autumn, you can get 15% off your Seed purchase with the code “girlnextdoor.”

Enjoy Life

Enjoy Life products are allergy-friendly and absolutely delicious! I use their vegan semi-sweet chocolate chunks often in my recipes, and I highly recommend them for all of your autumn recipe needs. I actually used them in my tahini chocolate chip cookies I made when I baked for a local restaurant this year at Brighwok – a stir fry restaurant in Chicago, IL. Here’s one of my most made recipes for vegan, gluten free cookie dough using their chocolate chunks!

Ghost Vegan Protein Powder

Ghost offers an incredible protein powder with lots of protein and less carbs, which is great for macros! I love the coconut flavor and all of their vegan options. It’s even a perfect afternoon snack with water and ice.

The Anti-Aging Night Cream Set

I’ve been loving using Musely’s skincare products! Through Musely, dermatologists and pharmacists can deliver custom prescription treatments to your doorstep. The night cream is so replenishing, and I’ve noticed my skin is smoother within just a few weeks. Grab 15% off your first order with the code “Katie15” (must have auto-refill selected at check-out).

The Collaborative Plant-Based Desserts

I love The Collaborative’s vegan and gluten-free chocolate pudding and have heard great things about their natural coconut yogurt, though it’s not available in the US yet. In the meantime, I can’t help but eye their decadent plant-based desserts—like their salted caramel chocolate ganache. Yum!

Organo™ King of Coffee

A smooth and flavorful cup of joe is its own reward, but Organo offers the only instant coffee with organic Ganoderma Lucidum spore powder, which boosts immunity, fights fatigue, improves memory, increases stamina, lowers cholesterol, and stimulates circulation. The Ganoderma mushroom is actually one of the oldest mushrooms used in Chinese herbal remedies. So incredible, right? I can’t get enough. King of Coffee reigns supreme and is, without a doubt, the perfect start to any day.

I hope you enjoy some of these personal favorites! Would love to hear how you like them in the comments below. 🙂
