Pumpkin Protein No Bake Tarts

Just in time for Fall at LadyLIFEbar created these delicious treats. PREP TIME 25 min - Chill at least for 4 hours

Items needed for this recipe- 

  • Food Processor 
  • Whisk 
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Cup Cake Pan
  • Cup Cake Liner 

Recipe for Pumpkin Protein Tarts


Pumpkin Protein TartMakes about 10 total


Crust Recipe

1- Cup Raw Walnut

1- Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1- Cup Almonds

1- Cup Pecans

3 Tbs Coconut Oil Melted

Pinch of Sea Salt

3 Tbs of Maple Syrup


Pulse all of these ingredients on HIGH in food processor- until it looks like wet sand consistency


Place muffin liners into muffin sheet pan - fill molds with Crust Mixture. Start with bottom first then form side with fingers.



Filling Recipe (Combine all of these ingredients into a bowl for filling, a hand whisk is fine for this)

1- Can Pumpkin Puree (organic preferred)

1- Half Can of coconut milk or coconut cream (refrigerate before use and scrape cream from top)

3 Tbs Maple Syrup

1 tbs Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup Lifebar Pumpkin Spice Keto Protein

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice


Add filling to tart forms & top with chocolate chip flakes.


Then put in refrigerator to chill- Store in frig or store in freezer.
