To entirely cancel your plan, you will have to pause your plan first. Begin by logging in on the mobile or desktop site. Head to "Manage Plans" under the "Login" tab, and click the "Edit" button next to "Plan Status". In the pop-up window, click on "Change Plan Status," then click "Pause This Plan." At this point, all future deliveries are paused, and you won't be billed, but your account information will be saved.
To cancel your plan, click on the "Edit" button next to "Plan Status" once more, and then select "Cancel My Plan". You will have to complete a quick survey, and then you can select "Submit and Cancel My Plan." You will receive an email confirming that your plan has been successfully canceled.
