If you are dissatisfied with a product or ingredient for any reason, please let us know.
Please contact us at Hello@thelifebar or reach out to our live chat at the icon the the bottom right of your screen within seven (7) calendar days of the date you received the product and we will either replace the product at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item.
We may arrange a refund or require photographic documentation of any Product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
