Pumpkin 🎃 Pie Smoothie Bowl
3 Tbs. LIFEbar Pumpkin Pie Protein Mix
1 Tbs. Almond Butter
3/4 piece Frozen banana
1/4 cup Frozen Butternut Squash
250 ml. Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 Medjool Date’s (be sure to pit)
Blend all ingredients using a @vitamix or blender of choice to a creamy consistency
•Unsweetened Coconut 🥥 Flakes
•Fresh sliced Banana
•House Made Cashew Cream (1 cup of sprouted cashews , pour into @vitamix , cover cashews with unsweetened coconut milk, 1/4 piece of fresh lemon 🍋, 1 to 2 Tbs raw agave or maple syrup to sweeten, blend till creamy )
•Pumpkin Pie dusted
Chocolate Agave Drizzle to taste.
1 cup Agave or Maple syrup
2 Tbs. Raw LIFEbar cacao
1 Tsp. Coconut 🥥 oil
